What is the Yama Circle?

“Yama” means mountains.

Yama Circle is a fitness system inspired by mountains, created by Salma Al-Ofi. It combines resistance and cardio training in a progressive program that mirrors nature and cultivates both physical and mental strength.

The studio and equipment were specially designed for this unique system.

Yama Circle Levels

A – Mount Abi Qubais | The Beginning

The first mountain placed on Earth — a symbol of foundation and pure intention.

Workouts: Foundational strength, resistance, and cardio in calculated ratios.

B – Mount Bodai | The Deepening

The mountain of enlightenment in Japan — a symbol of growth and inner stillness.
